Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use our products sold through our website WP connect ( by Digital Korner in accordance with these Terms & Conditions issued by our company.

Conditions of sales


Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support for purchased plugins and add-ons.

Transferring Licenses

You may transfer or re-sell your account and/or license to another person.

You can do this yourself by updating your details in your account, or our support can assist you in moving licenses between accounts.

License Use and Abuse

Our licenses are intended to be used on your own website(s), or websites you’ve developed and/or manage.

Licenses that are revoked are not eligible for refunds.

Software Updates

Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license key updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard.

Updates can also be downloaded from your account page.

Support Services

Priority support is given up to one year after the purchase date. We aim to reply to all support requests within 48 hours. If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license key.


The order involves an obligation of payment, which means that the placing of an order implies payment by the client.

To pay his order, the client shall be able to choose from all the means of payment made available by WP connect (Digital Korner) and listed on WP connect’ site.

The client shall guarantee WP connect (Digital Korner) that he has the authorisations necessary to use the means of payment that he has chosen, upon validating the order form.

WP connect (Digital Korner) shall reserve the right to suspend any order management and delivery in the event of a refusal of authorisation of bank card payment by officially approved bodies or in the event of non-payment.

The payment is made through a secured payment system, STRIPE, by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal.

WP connect (Digital Korner) shall reserve the right not to accept certain foreign bank cards.


Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

Every single solution we put forward is designed with great attention to detail. But we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. Not 100% satisfied? It’s hard to imagine but never impossible. If the unthinkable happens, we’ll be more than happy to provide a complete refund within 14 days of your original purchase.

Before asking for a refund, we ask that you allow us to try and resolve any difficulties you are experiencing by opening a support ticket

Please note that :

  • We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to.
  • Refunds may only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days no refunds will be processed.
  • Refunds will only be given once. If you receive a refund and then purchase WP connect again at a later date, you will not be entitled to a second refund.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we deem it necessary.

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
