This add-on allows you to seamlessly sync your Airtable tables into WordPress using wpDataTables. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you install, connect, and display your Airtable data.
Installation & Activation
- Descargue el archivo zip del plugin en su ordenador.
- Inicie sesión en el panel de control de WordPress.
- En el panel de control de WordPress, vaya a Plugins > Add Plugin.
- Haga clic en Subir plugin en la parte superior de la página.
- Haga clic en Elegir archivo y seleccione el archivo del plugin que descargó en el paso 1.
- Haga clic en Instalar ahora botón.
- Espere a que se instale el plugin y haga clic en el botón Activar Plugin botón.
Generate Airtable Access Token
Se le pedirá un código de acceso para conectar su cuenta. Le recomendamos que recupere este código utilizando la función este enlace.
- In Airtable, click on your profile image and go to Builder Hub.
- Haga clic en Personal Access Tokens en el Developers sección.
- Haga clic en Crear nuevo token.
- Dale a tu ficha un Nombre.
- Haga clic en Add Scope and select:
datos.registros:leeresquema.bases:leer
- Haga clic en Add Base and select the base you want to connect.
- Haga clic en Create Token.
- Copy your token to your clipboard.
Creating a New Table in wpDataTables
- In the sidebar, go to wpDataTables menú.
- Haga clic en Create a Table sub-menu.
- Choose Create a data table linked to an existing data source and click Next botón.
- Name your table.
- Seleccione Airtable as the Input Data Source Type.
- Paste your Ficha de acceso.
- Seleccione Base, Cuadroy Ver you want to connect.
- Haga clic en Save Changes botón.
📌 Note: after saving the settings, you should see “Authentication successful”.
After saving, your Airtable table will be available in wpDataTables.
You can:
- Modify column types by clicking the settings icon of each column. Click on Save changes button to apply changes.
- To show/hide columns quickly click on Column List en el botón Table preview and columns setup section and click on the eye icon for each column, then click Guardar.
- Customize permissions, display, sorting, filtering, and more in the table settings.
Displaying the Table on Your Pages
- Copy the shortcode displayed next to your table name.
- Go to the WordPress page where you want to display the table.
- Paste the shortcode into the content area.
- Haga clic en Actualización o Publique.
- Visit your page to see the table live.
You’re now ready to sync and display Airtable data in WordPress using wpDataTables!
